NAHJ Sunnah™: Fiqh

The Fiqh Library: Hanafi Fiqh, Basic to Intermediate.

NAHJ Sunnah™ currently teaches Hanafi Fiqh, the tradition most familiar to our founding community. We're building toward other madhhabs as we grow, and we'll say so plainly every time, not quietly.

The two books

  • Illustration of Al-Quduri, the introductory Hanafi Fiqh primer on worship and daily practice.
    Basic

    Al-Quduri (Mukhtasar al-Quduri, Imam al-Quduri)

The most widely used introductory Hanafi Fiqh primer in the world: the core rulings of worship and daily practice.

  • Illustration of Nur al-Idah, Imam al-Shurunbulali's classical Hanafi primer on worship.
    Intermediate

    Nur al-Idah (Imam al-Shurunbulali)

The natural next step after Al-Quduri: a concise classical primer covering worship in more structured detail.

Not Hanafi Yourself?

We hear you, and we mean this honestly: Shafi'i, Maliki, and Hanbali primers are on our roadmap. For now, Al-Quduri and Nur al-Idah are what we can teach to the same standard as everything else on this site. We'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend to be neutral while quietly teaching just one tradition.

How It’s Taught

Each lecture teaches within Hanafi methodology and its classical reasoning (not a side-by-side comparison with other madhhabs) in the same 10–15 minute, always-available format as the Hadith library.
