This page explains what information Nahj Ul Quraan Institute collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and when, if ever, we share it. We’ve written it in plain language on purpose: if you can’t understand a policy, it hasn’t done its job.

  • Contact information: name, email address, and/or WhatsApp number, collected when you unlock a free lesson, use the contact form, or enroll in a paid tier.
  • Learning activity: which Jild you’re studying, lesson progress, and Q&A questions submitted (for Lifetime members), collected to deliver the service itself.
  • Payment information: once checkout is active, payment details are processed directly by our payment provider. We do not store your card or bank details on our own servers.
  • Basic technical data: standard website analytics (pages visited, device type) to keep the site working well. No invasive tracking.
  • To deliver the lesson or service you asked for (for example, unlocking your free lesson or sending your Q&A answer).
  • To contact you about your enrollment or a question you raised.
  • To improve the Method™ and the platform over time.
  • To meet basic legal and accounting requirements once payments are active.

We do not collect more than we need, and we do not use your information for anything beyond these purposes.

We use industry-standard hosting and security practices (Cloudflare Pages for the website; reputable, access-controlled infrastructure for backend systems). Access to your information within our team is limited to what’s needed to serve you. For example, only the reviewing scholar sees Q&A questions relevant to their review.

  • We do not sell your information. Ever.
  • We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, a payment processor once checkout is active, or our hosting provider), and only the minimum they need to do their job.
  • We may disclose information if legally required to do so.

Nahj Ul Quraan’s Jild 1 (Nazra) content is designed for learners as young as four years old, guided by a parent or teacher. Where a lesson is used by a young child, we expect a parent or guardian to be the one providing contact information (email or WhatsApp) and to remain involved in the child’s use of the platform. We do not knowingly collect information directly from young children without an involved adult.

We use only the basic cookies needed to keep the site functioning (for example, remembering your language toggle preference). A full Cookie Policy will be published as the institute grows. It is not a launch-blocking requirement.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we’re legally required to keep, such as basic payment records). Contact us using the details below.

Reach us through our contact form, WhatsApp, or email at nahjulquraaninstitute@gmail.com. We’ll respond honestly and promptly.

Questions about this policy? We’re happy to explain it plainly.
