Terms of Service
- Version
- 1.0
- Effective Date
- 20 July 2026
- Last Updated
- 27 July 2026
These terms explain what you can expect from Nahj Ul Quraan Institute, and what we expect from you, as a fair and balanced agreement, not a wall of legal text designed to intimidate.
What Nahj Ul Quraan Commits To
- Delivering the content and services described for the tier you’ve enrolled in, honestly and as described. We never imply availability of content that isn’t ready yet, such as Jild 2–5 before they ship.
- Genuine lifetime access for Tier 3 members: no fine print, no future re-charge, no expiration.
- Maintaining the platform, correcting errors we find, and communicating honestly about any changes.
- Treating every learner with respect, regardless of background or pace of learning.
What We Expect From You
- Accurate contact information when you enroll or request a free lesson.
- Personal, non-commercial use of the Guides, recorded lectures, and other content. Please don’t redistribute, resell, or publicly re-upload our materials. The Guides and lectures are the intellectual property of Nahj Ul Quraan Institute.
- Respectful use of the Q&A service: questions submitted in good faith, understood as general educational guidance (see the Q&A Service Disclaimer below), not as a substitute for in-person scholarly advice on personal matters.
- Timely payment for any paid tier you enroll in, once checkout is active.
Learning Expectations
Our “10 minutes daily, Nazra in 6 months” promise (and similar time estimates for other Jilds) is a realistic guide based on consistent, structured study, not a guaranteed contractual outcome. Everyone learns at their own pace, and we’ll support you at whatever pace that is.
Q&A Service Disclaimer
The scholar-reviewed Q&A service (Tier 3) provides general educational guidance following Hanafi methodology. It is not a substitute for individualized guidance on personal, medical, legal, or highly specific family matters. Where a question needs that kind of in-person attention, we’ll tell you plainly and point you toward a qualified local scholar, rather than stretching a general answer to cover something it shouldn’t.
Refunds
Tier 1 (Individual Guide) and Tier 3 (Lifetime) purchases carry a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Tier 2 (1-on-1 Live Classes) is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; unused sessions in a cancelled month are not carried over or refunded once the month has begun.
AI-Clone Disclosure
Recorded lecture videos throughout the Guides use an AI-clone of the founder’s own voice and likeness, produced with his consent and reviewed by him personally. Full details are available on our AI Disclosure page.
Account & Access
If you misuse the platform (for example, attempting to redistribute paid content, abusing the Q&A service, or providing false information), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access. We’ll always try to resolve concerns directly with you first.
Changes to These Terms
If we update these terms, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to notify active members directly (for example, by email).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
This clause will be reviewed with legal counsel as the institute formalizes its legal structure.
